Amador County serves as center stage for four distinctive wine and culinary regions when it presents the second annual Amador Four Fires festival at the Amador County Fairgrounds in Plymouth, Calif.
Celebrating four wine regions with an immersive array of activities, demonstrations and seminars, the all-inclusive event presents over 200 wines from 37 wineries—each vetted by a panel of sommeliers and judges.
Paired with cuisine prepared over open-flame, Amador Four Fires’ offerings include grilled lamb, whole pigs, simmering paellas, seared fish and more.
